Ithaca Scholastic Tournament

November 18, 2019 - Our valued club members!

This past weekend, our chess outreach team hosted the first Ithaca Scholastic Tournament at Boynton Middle School. The tournament was attended by upwards of 30 K-12 students from the local area.

Huge thank you to all the parents who fostered their child’s interest in chess, to all the budding chess prodigies who fought valiantly in each game, and special thanks to Boynton Middle School for graciously providing the venue space. We look forward to continuing to inspire interest in chess and encourage a love for the game in all nearby communities!
